"My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and frustrating. From the moment I arrived, there were problems. The cable TV was not working, and the Wi-Fi connection was terrible, making it difficult to use the internet."

"The staff were friendly. We had a hard time checking in but it was fine. On our second night a staff came to our door knocking. He said we never checked in. We have been there a full day and night. But all and all it was ok."
