"No one at the hotel to greet you! Before you get there you have to fill out a form that they never sent, to give you a code that never got. After calling and writing several times finally got response that they don’t have any reservations. After sending them copy of the reservation they said that it could be false. Anyway an hour later they show up and open the door. The place is dirty, the fan hardly moves and the place smells. Obviously I left to another hotel."

Además durante nuestra estancia hubo la visita de un grupo de música que siguió el concierto en el hotel desde las 6 de la mañana hasta las 12 del mediodia a grito pelado y nadie del hotel hizo nada por impedirlo. "This place is very well located in Cabecera. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and quiet. Hot water, wifi,all was good. Cable Tv could be better. It felt safe and comfortable"
