The property was clean and stocked with all the necessities, and the beds were very comfortable. Clear instructions were provided for caring for the property during our stay. This Jessica lady did not get back to me till 4 hours after I rebooked another place and took me she was sorry. The problem is I never got a refund and spent twice the amount to book another and drive an hour to get there. Please refund me in full."
