"Initial booking for a deluxe cabin. When I called to confirm and check booking (even though WotIf site showed "BOOKED, NO NEED TO CONFIRM", no booking was found. After an hour or so I was contacted back and the booking was found in the JUNK Email box. Now though, no deluxe cabins available, Only basic and with no other choices I had to accept at that late stage. Arrived. Found glass door large crack, power point for A/C hanging off wall, crack in mirror, missing knobs and dirty oven, chair backs...
