"Staff were excellent. They were very helpful. Packed us a nice to go breakfast early in the morning. Kept our luggage for a day after we had checked out. Even let us sit in their lobby after we had checked out while we were waiting for our transportation. Special thanks to Emmanuel, the lady with glasses and all others in the lobby. They had excellent vegetarian choices for breakfast."

Either the lady was too lazy to look, or there is a problem with the app, or the hotel doesn’t work with the app anymore but the listing is still here. Either way they wouldn’t let us stay and the lady was very rude. She didn’t even bother trying to be accommodating. "Great service and friendly staff. It is a noisy area so if you are a light sleeper it might not work for you. But after a day of touring I was too tired to care. The entrance doesn’t allow for cars to drive so you will have to walk from the plaza. Most taxi services we worked with helped us with our suitcases so it wasn’t too bad. Also they stop check-ins at midnight so make sure you get there before then. "
