"I believe i saw signage that they had limited pet rooms. The room was clean and most importantly the bed was very comfortable and the towels remarkably plush. It was quiet. The woman who owns the motel was friendly, efficient at check in and check out and informative about parking. Morning coffee in the office was actually made in a Mr Coffee and it was drinkable, hot and fresh! All at a great rate and an easy to find location! "These people were horrible and lairs. We drove 159 miles to no man's land only to be told they did not use Vrbo and we had no reservations. They claimed they e-mailed me but then said they did not have my e-mail address or any of my information. I think they cancelled our reservations on Vrbo and sent a message through this web site. Which I did not get. They claimed vrbo was a scam and they have no connection with vrbo. They never once apologized just said you got scammed. "

"This was the perfect get away! Everything you would need is here. The hot tub was a nice touch. Perfect grilling area! House is roomy and very nice. Looks new or newly redone. The decor was adorable! Rented a boat one day and don't forget breakfast at Cookies in Theodosia just a few miles away! Will be coming back."

"Nice place on the river. Great views and outdoor space. Very clean. Address marker on the road would help. Can't see the turn in due to the slope and putting the address into Google maps doesn't get you to the right place. But owner was quickly responsive when we had trouble finding it."
