"it was mostly quite parking was abit of a pain because you had to park on the next street up, would’ve liked to have been able to keep an eye on my car, had to share the kitchen But was mostly clean. "Location is great for the town and if you cant find any parking on the street there is a carpark about 5min walk away @ £3 - 24hrs. Property is currently up for sale and needs a little work but the bathroom and kitchen are relatively new and everything else has had a lick of paint just needs a bit of modernising and the garden needs work and isnt secure at the back meaning the dog needed to be let out on a lead every time but did us for the short break we had."

Upper reaches of the Pontfaen valley This view, taken (I admit it!) from the vantage point of the little weekly bus that travels this sparsely populated route, shows, behind the frisky Welsh Black cattle, the remains of the conifer plantation on Waun Welew (pale moor). The Pontfaen brook rises slightly to the east of here and makes its way through the trees towards its confluence with the Afon Gwaun further west. The peak seen on the right is Cerrig Lladron.
