"Quite possibly the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in"

"The room was clean. Beds were very comfortable. The doors were heavy and slammed shut which was a bit disruptive when trying to sleep. There were three luggage carts and two were triangular in shape and too small to be useful. It would be worth it for the hotel to buy larger more standard sized luggage carts. We saw one large ant crawling on the floor right near the door. A maid happened to walk by when I saw it (we were just entering the room). She was very nice and offered to come back...

"The staff was largely family and they were very pleasant people. However nothing has been put back into the facility which has numerous water leaks and mold issues . There was an overwhelming odor of marijuana on all three floors. The floors had soap residue which left them slippery. The best description I can give is that the building and house services are not properly or professionally maintained. The breakfast lacked utensils, the scrambled eggs had tin foil, the bakery was stale and...

"The staff was amazingly nice and helpful. The property was horribly dingy, outdated and very poorly (not at all) maintained."
