The room was a second floor walk up but staff kindly helped with luggage. Staff was exceptional. The restaurant downstairs was well attended by locals at breakfast mid day and dinner. They were all very friendly and we really enjoyed the non-touristy family feel The food was exceptional with exceptionally...

"We enjoyed the food at the campground restaurant and our server was friendly and fun! A short drive into the old town of Caceres. We did have ants in the kitchen even though we only had a little food with us. "

"All excellent. Village was very quiet and there did not seem to be a bar or restaurant active in the hotel but there were some in the Plaza Mayor (10 minutes walk). Very steep and hilly access to hotel so some warning may be necessary for those with mobility problems. Overall a great success."

"A little hard to find but excellent location. Small, basic room. Traffic noise at night. Secure underground garage at the hotel which is unheard of and gives piece of mind. The breakfast area will surprise and please you, good selection of food and pastries. 10 minute walk to the historic district. Pleanty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Con: no hotel sign on street like other hotel signs. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Good value for the price."
