"Very mediocre place. A pool table is the only amenity.. other than a few seats. The first room has several bugs .. lady bugs and other flying insects. Got other room it was clean and no insects however after night one we had a few more lady bugs join us. Also we stayed 3 nights and NEVER had housekeeping!!!! For 2 people we were only given 2 towels 2 washcloths per night.. had to ask every other time, ridiculous"

"No outside lighting at all in the parking lot was so dark you couldn't see to get inside the building when asked the staff about the lighting acted like it was no big deal and stated he used his phone light to see how to get to his car after his shift was over, that's hard to do when you are disabled and use a walker to walk with"

"Front desk friendly and responsive. Room updated and clean, bed comfortable. So close to restaurants - enjoyed Dolly's."

"Was very run down and not clean. There were dead bugs on the carpet. There were live bugs flying around the room. Bed was miserable. They put me in the room next to the laundry and started doing laundry with what sounded like a sledgehammer at 4:00 am. Breakfast was all bread. No protein. Will never see me at this hotel again."

"This was acceptable for a night on the road. The only bug was a fly in the room. The bathroom was VERY questionable. It smelled bad. A stain on the blanket and towels but none on the sheets."

When I called and asked to check in, I was told they had no rooms because of a “water problem”, despite the room already being booked and paid for in advance. I was left stranded with nowhere to stay, and the guy could not have cared less. I said, “You couldn’t have called people to give them a heads up so they could make other...

"The hotel was great. My room was very nice. The bed was more comfortable than some very expensive hotels that I have stayed at. The staff members were all great. There are many dining options nearby. There is plenty of free parking. This hotel is very convenient with regard to access to the highway. I would highly recommend this hotel when comparing to the other hotels in the area and in Beckley, WV. This hotel is very nice and affordable. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"Non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke to the point where it was difficult to sleep. The hearting/cooling system was super loud whenever it came on. Didn’t have very high expectations and they were fully met. It’s an indoor place to sleep for a cheap price."
