"I picked this hotel as it was one of the least expensive in the area. Therefore my expectations were rather low. However the hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was new and clean. We were in the smaller back building rather than the older main building, not sure if that made a difference"

"This property was a surprise excellent find for our overnight stay in Greenville South Carolina. It was in a quiet location about 1 block from everything. Check in was a breeze when booked via Expedia app. Room was large with a queen bed, recliner, kitchenette, large TV and a stocked bathroom. I understand there are long term rentals in the hotel but it was very quiet and seems very secure."

"We love to stay here. We love that they are dog friendly and very clean. Suggest having some waste disposal in the front by bag drop off to get rid of roadtrip waste. Also in the back so you can clean up after your pet. Every room should have some type of couch. "

"The rooms were large and clean. The staff were wonderful. We even had a change in our schedule and wanted to add another night. They were able to keep us in the same room and add the extra with no trouble. Definitely would stay here again. "

"The Hotel was very nice, the staff was very nice and I was put in one of the Handicap-accessible rooms which was probably bigger than normal. The free breakfast was great and the area for breakfast was huge. Only two minor things, both in the bathroom - there was either pink makeup of cleaning product powder on the wall near the toilet and I could see the ceiling paint just starting to peel near the shower where there had apparently been a prior leak from the room above."
