"Palace long hai was the perfect retreat after a good Vietnam holidays touring from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh. Right from the welcoming reception at the resort by Van (Natalie) to the wonderful bell Tuan to the nice Tuong in the restaurant, every one was so good. The resort has a fabulous swimming pool and the cottages are very nice. Opposite the resort is the Long hai beach, which is very clean. Overall we stayed two nights . Highly recommended."

"My best friend and I came here to stay for 2 days, they never cleaned the room, when we went to the bathroom there were still used condoms that hadn't been thrown away. When we announced check-out, they asked us to pay because we hadn't paid in full. After I opened the app to show them, they apologized. The trip back to my hometown with my best friend was terrible because I chose the wrong motel."

When we got to the place, we had to call them more than 10 times to reach customer service to connect me with the owner of the apartment. Noone picked up the phone and we had to wait for an hour outside under the heat. We booked 2 days but there was power outage on the 2nd day from 8am to 3:30pm.
