"Room didn’t seem clean. There was about 10 empty water bottles left in the room from a previous guest. Bed was rock hard. Hot water didn’t work in shower. Staff weren’t very welcoming they were asleep most of the time on the bench. Expensive for what we got! Hour + walk from the main tourist area"
"When I first got the room, it was spotless, but after that, they only changed the towels and nothing else. Communication was very difficult; none of the receptionists speak English, and even using a translator didn't help much. I don't understand why they don't use the air conditioning at reception—it's inhumane—and the air conditioning in the room doesn't work."
"Jim’s House was a wonderful stay! Ngoc was very welcoming, and we chatted un petit peu while I waited for Grab orders. We loved their eco-consciousness and enjoyed both our room and the upstairs space, which has seating on both sides and gorgeous sunrise and sunset views. Watching the full sunrise was a highlight! We had dinner upstairs with Grab takeout one night—chef’s kiss. The kitchen and filtered water station were also super handy—we refilled our big jug daily. Would definitely stay again!"

The room with the balcony side could get noisy at times especially between 5:30am - 6am. They were exercising across the street with very loud music.
