"The property is in excellent condition for a rental. The kitchen has all new appliances and is very well stocked with cooking equipment and basic items (salt, pepper, spices). The city bus pick up for transport to the ski area is less than 75 yard away. The bus is very reliable. Weber grill in the garage is easy to move to the driveway for use. There are foam pads on the beds which I am not a fan of, otherwise a great place to stay with lots of living space. All bedrooms are on the second floor."

Although the room setup was a little weird upstairs (you have to walk through the master bedroom to get to the small loft room, and the bathroom sinks are in the bedroom), people didn't seem to mind and there seemed to be plenty of space for everyone. "Nice historical home only a couple blocks to central Steamboat. We walked to every bar, restaurant and shop that we visited. The home has some features that shows it's age, but it was completely fine for my buddy and myself. It is also surrounded by a babbling creek, which is very pleasant when walking to the carport in the backyard. I highly recommend as long as you are fine with an older home. "
