"The hotel is easily accessible off Route 295, and close to downtown Freeport and Portland. Price was reasonable. The buildings are fine, all one-story and handicap accessible. Plenty of parking. However, the office is NOT marked, and very difficult to find in the dark. The overgrown/dying grass and shrubs around the buildings were very disconcerting (although we have had a long bout of very dry weather). The room was incredibly clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. Towels were rough, although...

"A solid clean room with 1/2 mile of walking to Boothbay harbor. 2 stories high, no elevators. Less expensive than those around it. It fit our needs well "

"The room was very nice and very clean. The bathroom was spotless. The bedding was freshly made as well as the carpet was new. This is a wonderful place to stay. Its quiet and the staff are very nice. The continental breakfast was really good. The food was fresh and a great selection, too. I'd stay here again. This is the cleanest place I have ever stayed at."
