"We got in late and had an easy check in. Our room was clean and cute, yet the noise through the walls wasn’t good so I heard someone’s tv or music late into the night. And in the morning, the staff’s cleaning cart was loud outside our door, even with us already waking us early. Our curtain rod needed maintenance; we tried closing the curtain and the whole bar fell down completely. If we wanted to move the curtain at all, the entire thing would fall on us. Luckily, my daughter and I were able to get it back up each time. I was worried we wouldn’t have anything blocking the view of people walking by all night because it was precarious getting it back up each time. Matt was so positive and easy to talk to as he made us coffee in the cute trailer. He is a definite bonus to the hotel!"
