"We arrived late from Machu Picchu and the guy was there to welcome us, he was very thorough in showing us the room and all it offered, we booked the deluxe room, but be aware this is right beside reception and the breakfast area, so can be a little noisy, the staff were nice and quiet, it’s just whether your fellow travellers are as considerate.
Overall we would recommend this place to stay, it was nice and clean, and had everything we needed after a long day."

"We arrived exhausted with a baby in arms and they wouldn’t accept our reservation. Either the lady was too lazy to look, or there is a problem with the app, or the hotel doesn’t work with the app anymore but the listing is still here. Either way they wouldn’t let us stay and the lady was very rude. She didn’t even bother trying to be accommodating. Now this app won’t give me a refund as if I just chose not to stay there instead of being turned away. I had to book another stay and walk across...

"We arrived to find our room was not cleaned and had urine on the washroom. The staff apoligized but we had to explicitly request a new room. Even in the room the quality was bad. There was no trashcan, old furniture, marks and holes in the walls, the duvet was stained and the floor was dirty. The washroom had mold on the ceiling and had exposed pipes. Atmost a 1 star hotel, we ended up leaving and not staying a night since it was too unclean and uncomfortable."

"Excellent location and massive beds. We stayed in 2 different rooms before and after our trek. Both were formed with the old wall, the first had a dehumidifier, the second didnt. Both rooms felt a bit damp. The window in the bathroom opened out onto the street. Breakfast was tasty and theyvwill do you a breakfast to go if you have an early start. Looked after our bags FOC between stays."

"My stay. Here was absolutely wonderful. The staff the cleanliness. The Location to the Plaza Armas. I stayed in a superior room which has a large king bed TVs with Wi-Fi. Beautiful bathroom. I read of the reviews. Almost all of them were really good. But Summer, one stars because it is on a little alley. That has some bars that apparently there’s noisy at night. I didn’t worry about that on the review because I often put sleep music on and have a little speaker. I will absolutely stay here....

"The breakfast was amazing, we always had fresh fruit and eggs with more than we could eat. The yogurt was also delicious and homemade. It was a very cute place and the staff were absolutely amazing. Definitely one of our favourite stays while in Peru. "

"Great stay! My sleep was extremely peaceful and the river was right next to it! They even packed me breakfast for my check out at 5:30 the next morning since I needed to catch the train early. "
