"The historic character and ambiance was charming. Staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent food in the bistro. We did not stay in the main building but in a very small room at the back of the inn. The dated room did not have WIFI or a TV but it was clean, the shower was good and the room was quiet. Definitely needs new mattresses as you could feel the springs. All in all a good place for a short stay."
