"The hotel has an excellent location, nice rooms, and even a small elevator. It would get a 10 if not for lacking air conditioning, and a mini fridge would also be useful. I give it an 8 due to these two things. We opened the windows and these made the room cooler at night, but in the morning be prepared for delivery vehicles and street sweepers noises.
