"The property is OLD and it shows its age. The place needs a total renovation. The bed is on a metal spring frame which makes noise with every turn during the night. It caters to the construction crew crowd, which is not a bad thing. But I couldn’t park in front of my room because a group was having a barbecue in the parking lot. Of course they were enjoying cold beverages as you would expect. Some of them obviously were not guests at the hotel, but were there for the barbecue. So around 11pm...

"The rooms were very clean the water pressure and the hot water in the shower was wonderful The facility itself was very clean and neat The room was well maintained all things functioned well microwave refrigerator only thing that was odd to me was there was not a coffee maker so we had to go out for coffee each morning.. but I enjoyed my stay and if we go back we will go there again. "Expedia did not tell us when booking Sleep Inn, Manchester, TN was undergoing major reconstruction due to water damage. Elevator was waiting repair so limited room to first floor. Would have chosen different hotel. Room was fine and breakfast was fine. Checkin clerk very friendly. When reconstructed will be fine, probably months."

The door keys were not working properly, every single time I wanted enter the room I couldn’t use it and need to go to the front and ask for help.
