"The place was ok, newer building and it was clean. Good breakfast.
Wasnt happy with the reception staff, not the greatest welcoming guy considering it’s the first point of contact the guest has at arrival.
We had booked the family room which was funky with its loft space but travelling with two teenagers and a fair bit of luggage it was TIGHT!!
The area seemed very quiet and air conditioned (!!) which we appreciated."
"Pas de déception. Nous y avions séjourné quelques jours fin 2025 et avons pu constater la différence - ménage fait tous les jours - propreté- aimabilité au niveau de l'accueil. Petit déjeuner correct.
Nous avons pensé qu'il y a certainement eu un changement de personnel, notamment au niveau gérance"

Horaires limitées de la réception ( 8 h à 11 h et 15 h à 19 h ) ce qui est un inconvénient.
Situé en plein centre de Villers avec des restaurants et des boutiques à 2 pas. Bon p petit déjeuner à prix raisonnable avec croissants et pain frais."

"Très bon séjour à l’Hôtel Le Patio à Deauville. L’établissement est très propre, agréable et idéalement situé pour profiter de la ville à pied. Une mention toute particulière pour le personnel, vraiment au top : accueillant, disponible et très sympathique. Une adresse que nous retiendrons avec plaisir pour un prochain séjour à Deauville !"
"The staff were lovely, the location brilliant. But I was expecting an en-suite room with loo and shower - not just a shower and sink behind a curtain. My nephew swopped with me as I absolutely would not book a room without a private loo. So that was extremely disappointing. Hehad to share a loo down the corridor with 3 other double rooms - not acceptable at all. So apart from the lovely location and friendly staff, I will not stay again"
