"Basic room had a smell like it was previously smoking room. One lonely beetle bug. The air conditioner needed a chair to operate because it was so high. Couch needs replacement. Otherwise it was ok for the price as it was only one night. "

"Staff was very polite and nice, but we had paid in advance with hotels.com 3 months earlier - and were charged again when checked in, Howard’s hotel said they couldn't help our situation, (since they had changed or updated their computer system) and it didn’t show where we had paid.. but hotels.com contacted them and we were reimbursed so all turned out well. "Zach was a great host, he offered suggestions for my trip and he was great about communicating information. The location is fantastic, about a 7 min drive to downtown and very close to many attractions including a little park nearby with water access. The place was super clean and well organized. "Enjoyed our recent stay at this cozy condo next to lakeside park in Chelan! We were able to walk to the park with beach access with our kids who enjoyed playing in the lake and on the playground. The communication and preparedness was fantastic. But most of all I appreciated the quick response to an issue that occurred after checking in- the condition of the pull out mattress was not in good/working condition and in a matter of minutes the manager had given me a call and we got the issue...
