"We had a great four night stay at the Hard Rock…everything we could want or need was at our fingertips, and the hotel is conveniently located to many restaurants and shopping areas. The furnishings in our room were a bit worn, both outlets in the vanity area did not work, water leaked from the shower a bit more than usual, BUT the room was very clean and most comfortable which is of the most importance to us! We will definitely go back!"

"The room had dirty windows the blinds had holes, the floors were so dirty in room our feet turned black. The pillows were gross and cheap, my friend sliped and fell out of shower because the floors were coated with a weird substance that made it slippery. One towel in whole room, nasty rusty refrigerator, no breakfast and coke machine broken"

"The room was spacious and clean. The room air conditioner was somewhat noisy but seemed to perform ok for the four nights we stayed. The breakfast was ok, but 4 days of sausage gravy and biscuits or eggs or waffles or cold cereal could have been better with variety. Being in the south, we expected more citrus fruit, but the only offering was crisp apples which were tasty. The first night we had a leak in the ceiling from the shower upstairs which got some of our clothes on hangers wet. It was...
