"Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We had a few issues that they were quickly resolved. We would consider coming back and renting the same property."

"First off, the property is great. Nice cabin, beautiful view of the lake, mostly clean except for the BBQ. The issue I had was with the management company. The listed price on VRBO was changed from the time that I booked it to the time I was allowed to fully pay off the trip. When it came time to pay the second half I was charged the full price, refunded twice for my original payment and the charged again for the second refund. The communication between management was lacking, I had to ask three...

"We have enjoyed 4th of July trips every year for the last 10 years or so and this one takes the cake! The house is amazing and the location right on the water and close to downtown Garden City is unbeatable! We will definitely rent here again! The only way it could be better would be if the “beach” area was actually sand like what is found in the North Beach area of the lake."

"Greatstay, lots of space to spread out and plenty of room to dine together. We enjoyed tge area and the amenities. Everyone in our group loved the hot tub. "

"Very nice home on three levels. Some minor problems. Beautiful view of lake. Wonderful theater room. Large Smart TVs in every bedroom and great room. No window treatments in great room. Many doors stick.Quiet neighborhood. Within walking distance to market. Many businesses closed for the season. Mule deer and turkeys just outside. Outside garbage is a block away.Overall, a very luxurious home at a fair price (for off season)."
