"Excellent location , walking distance from the La Spezia train station, which was also the starting point for our journey to see several of the villages of cinque Terre. Our host Simonetta got in touch with us before our visit to confirm arrival and was there to greet us at check in. She gave us excellent advice on how to see as much as we could in one day. Be aware it is a small group of private apartments all in one floor of one building, but it is not a hotel.

"The apartment is very conveniently located. The room is clean and air conditioning works very well. The host is extremely helpful. The breakfast is excellent and tasty. However, the toilet is very close to the shower, making it a bit difficult to get in and out of the shower."
"Great location , only between 8 to 10min walk to old center and to train station to go to Cinque Terre. Quiet, comfortable.
And the host is super nice and helpful, giving tips and a map to know how to navigate in the city."

"The is an adorable little hotel with wonderful staff. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The continental breakfast was generous and had great coffee and a variety of choices for please everyone.
The location couldn't have been better. A few blocks from the beach, right across the street from the main park, a cute little restaurant and shopping/the boardwalk just steps away.
