"Second floor smelled terribly like weed for being a nonsmoking hotel, room had paint peeling off walls bad and pretty significant scuffs on all furniture. Zero shampoo or conditioner provided either like hotels do. Only a small bar of soap given for washing hands and two people’s bodies."

Breakfast was very well made and the staff kept the seating area clean even though it would get very busy in there, staff member was always very patient and helpful. Floors in room could be a little cleaner. Had an issue with small ants by air conditioner and was immediately offered another room. We didn't need another room. They just came in and sprayed and took care of it. Beds very comfortable. Coffee and tea available 24...

"We had to get moved because our room smelled like someone had been smoking in the room. We thought we were getting a king size bed and got a queen. The gentleman on the 3 pm - 11 pm shift was great. There was a wedding party who was in and out during the middle of the night making a lot of noise. The bathtub had a poor repair work on the tub floor. Because they are remodeling they are not making quality repairs."

"The room was clean and spacious. Loved the basketball court for my son as well as all the outdoor seating. Breakfast was amazing and the staff were so helpful. Only issue we noticed (and it wasn’t the first time staying here or seeing this problem) the pool seemed very cloudy as well as chunks of hair floating around. Hot tub was very nice and didn’t have that issue. There was an issues with the handle on our toilet seat and they had the owner there within 15 mins and he was getting tools to fix...

"The worst accommodation I've ever stayed in. Holes in walls, dated furnishings, door hanging off the walls, shower head sent water everywhere. Got caught out with having to pay a $100 deposit for the room at check in which I'd have understood if anything in that room was worth that much. Don't do it to yourself, book elsewhere."
