"The room was not as expected. I read great reviews but sadly, we were unlucky. The room was so dusty, not clean. The deluxe king seems like a deluxe queen. Our room electricty keeps tripping. For a deluxe king, the room is small, i think we were given the wrong room coz we requested differently. The only great thing about it is it is walking distance to Imago. "

"Hotel is new but room is very small. I booked and paid the room type i want based on the pics shown on expedia, but they assigned me to different room and claim that its a new design room. I feel being downgraded because the so called new design room was much more basic than what we see on website. kind of misleading! "

"The accommodation is basic but all the basic items are provided eg. hairdryer, iron etc, It is also clean. They also provide one pickup and one drop off at the airport for guests.
