"The room was very clean but the bathroom smelled very badly. I complained about it to the front desk but they disregarded it at first. I ended up cleaning it myself and the smell seemed to settle down. However, I went to the front desk and told them about it. The next day room service did an excellent job of cleaning the bathroom. The restaurant downstairs is excellent. Every meal on the menu was superb!!! I would give it 5 stars!!!"

"Perfect place for hiking and outdoor lovers. Spacious room with clean bath. All what you need before/ after a hike was nearby - small grocery shop, nice restaurant, coffee shop and bar to enjoy local food. Nice and helpful staff, especially the lovely Slovak lady at the reception. Coming back next year (or even this autumn), will also recommend the hotel to my hiking friends. "

"We stayed here one night before a day skiing at Troodos. Despite arriving at 10pm we had a warm welcome from the lady on reception. Our room was perfectly clean and had all the basics we needed for a brief stay, including, shower, fridge, radiator.
