"We needed a place to spend one night as we were driving north to Spokane. We specifically booked at Best Western, for the refrigerator (travelling with a cooler full of food) and the reputation (chain hotel and familiarity), etc. The staff member who checked us in was super friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The only complaint we had, and one that will keep us away from Best Westerns in the future, is the "instant coffee" served with breakfast. "Hotel was hard to find, no lights on signage or in lobby building. At checkin the card machine was broken. No explanation of amenities, hot spring pool location (again with no lights) and was not clean. Room had broken lights, FIRM mattress and broken shower towel rack. Mold growing in cracks of shower curtain. This place has charm, but needs a little work in the hospitality department."
