"While being evacuated from my home in Kula, Hotel rented my family a room in this hotel that was also being of Maui forcible evacuated by the police due to a natural disaster then informed me there are no refunds! It’s unclear if this hotel burned to the ground. Being forced to pay for a room in a disaster area that cannot be used or accessed feels like a corrupt business practice, or sort of like stealing. "

Issue one, the door code did not work on arrival which was very frustrating as it was very late at night. Once I called Vacasa they sorted out the code and got us in.
