"The place has a little potential, but there are too many factors bringing it down. The bridge over the river leading there is shaky and dangerous. I had to carry my dog across every time for fear of her falling off/through. Owner did not know I’d even booked, so my room wasn’t ready. The place looked better in pictures. Doors falling off. Dusty. No hot water in the tub. Dirty refridgerator. The owner/manager was rude. Yelled at me for walking my dog in the morning to go to the toilet, because...

"Picked the grand room and it was very dirty. Smelled bad and obvious stains all over the floors, walls, couch and windows. Screen in the bathroom had tons of smushed bugs all over it they never bothered to wipe clean. Mold and mildew all over the bathroom fixtures from neglect. Also very very cold at night in the mountains with no in room heating and just a single thin blanket. Checked out after just one night of a 3 night stay because of the terrible conditions and they refused to refund...

"A nice balcony with a view really made this place. The place was comfortable and clean. Nights were very loud with wild dogs howling and the dogs living within the complex joining in, bring earplugs. The location could be good for someone staying longer but for a few quick days to explore Pai I wish we had stayed closer to town, there’s nothing within walking distance except 1 local restaurant. "
