It was comfortable enough and if another gig happens in Leicester then I would use Grafton House again as a room only option. We both agreed it was value for money at £51 split between us."

"I booked a triple room for myself and 2 teenage children for a trip to Alton Towers from Ireland. On arrival there was 1 double bed and when I asked, they gave me a camp bed for my 6'3 son. I paid for a proper bed, not a camp bed that the springs popped on every time he sat on it. The room smelt musty and when I questioned it they said it was from the carpet in the hall, but there was must marks on the walls in the bedroom. No breakfast provided, which I was not made aware of and reception not...
