"We booked a room for 4 people on Expedia which had good reviews and a high rating, but when we arrived it was a 12 bedded dorm which we would not have booked. We emailed the property for clarification but we did not get a response.We feel we were not given what we asked for. On the website it stated that there was a 4 bedded room available but not a 3 bedded room or 2 bedded room. So we felt there were only 4 beds in a room. Could you explain how this has happened? The hotel is making a lots of improvement, such as a great outdoor living area for chit-chat with our friends. The hotel has the most interesting kid outdoor activity that my kids and my friend kids love much. They play so many times until tired.
