"I had to wait nearly 1hr30 after checking in for 1 towel (that was more suited to the size of a child) - which I had to get myself. The fittings inside the shower were mouldy and one of the shower cubicle doors were missing so when I used the shower, despite trying my best, the entire bathroom floor got wet.
