"This place is only if you need an emergency stay. This place is falling apart. Location is good. Just very old and run down. Very pricey for what you get. Like I said if you need an emergency."

"The room/floors were not clean. The beds were like sleeping on the ground."

"Very clean place and good location. If you’re doing a late check in, make sure you call them during business hours so they can accommodate you."

"From a picture, we thought we would be closer to the water. There was a little view of it. This would be a great place for families with children in the warmer months, pool, and lots of room to run around or ride bikes. This is an older hotel that has been updated. We wanted to Uber into Bar Harbor but no Ubers were in the area. Luckily we were able to find parking both evenings."
