"Staff and accommodations very nice. Free laundry. Only confusion was check in and line up for food in same door. Stayed in food line for short bit and then asked for check in. Even though very busy a staff showed us everything. "

"As nice as the owner and family are, I can't really recommend this place. Location is 2km out of town so you must have a car. Location is very quiet at night but in the hotel room you can hear water running from toilets etc in other rooms and people walking on the floor above. And I had some sort of tapping sound in my room early in the morning on the second night which made it hard to sleep. There is a fridge and hot water urn in the room, but no tea or coffee (lucky I had my own)and only...

Staff don’t care about guests, stayed there more than a week and the room was not even serviced once, shower was really bad not water pressure,cold or hot water very hard to get warm water. The only good thing about the place is the location, walking distance to one of the lifts, and theres a shuttle running every morning to The Hilton Hotel so you can buy your lift pass"

"Clean and cozy guesthouse. Breakfasts were delicious. Yamasan provided rides to local ski areas (and to medical appointments after my husband got injured); and both Yamasan and his wife were very helpful for organizing taxis and for shipping luggage. Arigato gozaimasu! "
