"Good value for the money"

"Location is outstanding and is in the middle of the old town within 10walk from the train station and a block form Lake Lugano. The check-in staff were very friendly and very helpful whenever we had questions. One thing that could be improved is to respond to customer issues. Our shower head fell and broke. We reported the issue and it wasn’t fixed for two days before we left. We basically used a hose for shower for a couple of days. I believe this is something simple that could be fixed...

"Esperienza consigliata, lo staff è stato molto cordiale e disponibile… A Mendrisio per lavoro ci vado spesso, l’albergo è molto comodo alla stazione, cosa che ho sfruttato per recarmi in centro. "The Woodhouse hotel was our base for attending the Bruce Springsteen concert in Monza, which is just a bus and train ride away. "The hotel is very clean, the people very welcoming and helpfull, very basic, nice brakefast. the only minus is the it's very far from Como. the road is difficualt and not for the fainted heart, but beautiful, filled with natur. We had a very nice stay."
