"We paid months ahead as with many other accommodations, which we've never had any issues with. This place was hard to find so we called to clarify directions, and we were told if we didn't have a 4x4 that it wasn't possible to get to (which was NOT mentioned on the booking site on Expedia) We were left to scramble and find a place to stay last minute which was inconvenient and cost a lot more. We were also informed we would be given the money back but months later we still haven't seen it. "

"Well property had issues 1 the shower made a horrible noise they came and closed off the foot wash the washer if you started it for a 20 min cycle it ran for 1 hours and when it spun it sounded like it was Going to leave the room and it would not drain the next thing was the light in the small bath had lots of water dripping from it they came and cut a hole out in the ceiling left a mess on the floor and then all the lights in that room started flickering the Sheetrock had nasty mold On it also....

"Resort and beach club are fantastic. Villa is dated and communication with the management team is horrendous. No codes or improper codes to everything. Rental is dated and needs new sheets and towels etc. Exterior ceiling fans rusted out. Stay at this resort but DO NOT STAY AT THIS RENTAL!!"
