"The staff did not send us the check in info early enough. We booked a day before. We had to call them, email them, Whatsapp them, and no answer. We ended up contacting Expedia who nudged them and we finally got an email giving the info right as we were waiting at the door.. Not even an apology was given. "Be careful before you book about the check - in and check - out time because it is very unusual which is 4pm and 10am, when you are inn make sure to lock the door from inside as maybe the owner open the door and invade your privacy, plus is not sure to find place at the parking, plus the AC water drips inside the bedroom, and finally we asked to have queen or king bed and we got 2 small twins beds on wheels which kept moving all night.
