"Our room was a double queen deluxe.
The room was roomy and clean, new carpet nice furniture but the bathroom was below standard . It had a musty odor, low counter, sink and toilet.
The bathtub was dingy .
Also our room was on the 2nd floor and right below the hot tub.
There was a window that looked out onto the pool area .
Dry bright for sleeping and noisy at times.
There was a lot of hallway noise from doors shutting .
Overall- the place has a great location but could use some upgrades ."
"I think the biggest issues were the deferred maintenance. Stained carpet, dirty light switches, base falling off the wall in the bathroom, peeling wallpaper, overall dingy. I’m surprised that Wyndham is willing to back this hotel. Staff was doing the best they could."
"The front desk was super super nice, the place smelled incredible, very clean and in the morning the continental breakfast had everything you would order at a restaurant."
"The hotel is not super modern but it is squeaky clean and the staff is available and very friendly. Our room had a king bed with a water view. The bathroom and room itself were spotless and clean when we arrived. Nice fresh sheets and towels. The mini fridge kept our stuff ice cold. The air conditioner worked great. TV worked great too. Our issue that prevented us from leaving a 5 star review is the no pet policy and people who abuse it. The man who checked in right after us and into the room...
"The Shaker museum was beautiful and the room was comfortable in clean. We enjoyed our stay very much.
Two things the property could do to make the stays even better: make it clear that there’s no elevator to rooms. The staff is incredibly helpful bringing things upstairs, but they’re not around 24/7. Second, coffee in the rooms would be *greatly* appreciated. On an early Sunday morning, I had to drive across the bridge to Dunkin’ because nothing else was open. I understand wanting to keep the...
"I really love this place. Beautiful property, the owners were nice, the bed was comfy, and the rooms were nice and clean. I wouldn't consider it glamping, but it was a really nice place to stay and unwind for a couple of days. Oh, and the mountain biking trails are top-notch!"
