Walk 5 minutes to Nopparot stop (hospital is at Nopparot) and ride one stop to Fashion Island a very large shopping mall. Grow Residence is clean and staff are very friendly but speak very little English. The property has dated fixtures and needs renovation; no hot water at sinks only at shower.
