"Great place for a quick stay - really convenient for us to go to an event at the zoo. Area felt safe, staff were very friendly, and overall the whole place was really clean. Breakfast was a little crowded with a moderate selection of choices."

"Breakfast sucks straight awful"

"The first room we were put in had roaches greeting us Then there was a cat pee smell in the hallway. There were towels in the hallway, and the breakfast was a waffle machine, bread, and bagels. Cereal was an option but not a good choice. Then we got to a first floor room, and we had a stalker for a front desk clerk. With high anxiety and annoyance, I was told I could not check out early because they wouldn’t answer for my lawyer and representative to refund my money for all the gross rooms...

"Overall the property was ok, nothing exceptional. The room door needed some major work to keep it from sticking, which I mentioned at checkout. The room was clean but minimally furnished. There was a trash bag in the hallway that was there when we first checked in and was still there the next morning. The breakfast bar was ok but when making our breakfast there was no trash can in the area so if you needed to dispose of anything you had to walk across the seating area to the coffee bar. The...

"This place was nothing like the pictures we saw when we booked it! It was filthy, run down, and riddled with mold! The clerk was rude( when she bothered herself to be there). Check in was 3pm. She wasn't there to check us in till 20 minutes after that and she barely understood English. An absolute horrible place!!!"

"When we first arrived was assigned our room. Open the door to a dirty room. Beds weren’t made, shower had hair in the tub and previous peoples personal property. Floors weren’t vacuummed. They assigned us a new room it was at least clean. The air conditioner puts out condensation and there was mold on the curtains. The floor was wet in the vicinity. The tub leaked. For the money and time that was spent I don’t recommend."

"Everything was great coming from another hotel that could not fulfill their cleanliness policy. This Hotel was beautiful and close to everything. Both hostess were nice. Would stay here each time I come to SC"
