"We were in Omaha for a medical procedure at 7:30am ...we live 150 miles away. We left a 4:30 am wake up call so we could get ready and across town on time. Did not get a call. Luckily my wife, the patient, woke up in time. The man at the desk, as we left, seemed completely unaware of the significance of the mistake. We liked our room, etc. Just thought someone should know that the wake up service was lacking."

"We that few issues with it. One room a/c didn't work, they did trade us rooms. One of the rooms were very poorly lit. Tv's were all unplugged and i had to set them back up."

"The beds were comfy, the towels were softer than many hotel towels. The room was clean. The bathroom had some mold issues in the shower but nothing to affect using the bathroom or shower. The breakfast area is smaller than other Microtel hotels I’ve been to. Wish this one had a pool but it doesn’t. It’s located across the street from a few restaurants and a gas station which was nice. Safe area as well. "
