Very clean, safe and quiet area. Comfortable bed. Even though it was nearly 0 degrees outside, inside the room stayer than very warm.

I loved everything except today when I was checking out at 5 am the older man at front desk was rude. I stayed there 2 nights and the other front desk people were very nice. I asked the night before if someone would be there for check out to get receipt. I guess I made the mistake of putting in the cards where it says drop keys. The man got upset stating that should not be done although the box is there and sign advises other wise. I asked him for check out and receipt. He was like I can’t give...

Very clean and staff are friendly too! I had a great stay

Things were great but the staff was the best part they were amazing!!! Had great conversations with all of them!!! Very helpful to our baseball team that stayed there!

Property was very clean and seemed to be new, I liked the locked fence and gate around the free hotel guest parking area. The sign on the hotel was not very big and we past it the first time. Suggestion, we arrived after dark and wish we would have gotten food to take back to the room before settling in. We would stay here again!

Great fresh new hotel Clean comfortable

I was reserved about booking at avid hotel as I have never stayed at an Avid before. I must say, this hotel really exceeded my expectations. The customer service was great. Checkin/check-out process were a breeze and very accommodating. My room was simple, but yet modern. Eva did an amazing job cleaning the room as It was sparking clean! The beds were comfortable and the sheets smelled fresh. There were a variety of options to choose from for breakfast. I truly had a good night’s rest during my...

It was a very nice room, the staff was nice and welcoming.

Rooms were nice, perfectly located

Stay was amazing!!!! Rooms were immaculate and employees were super friendly!

Easy peasy stay at this Holiday Inn. Loved the parking and walkable distance to everything downtown. WILL CERTAINLY stay here again.

staff was very nice and accommodating. Rooms were clean and nice. this is our second stay here and we will definitely visit again!

Everything was perfect! This is either a newish property or a newly remodeled one. Everything was fresh and clean, staff was great and the location is perfect. The room is a good size with a ton and I mean a ton of plug ins for electronics. The lobby has coffee available all day. Overall a perfect stay.

Nice overnight stay except for large numbers of homeless people in the area.

This motel was the best one we have stayed at in a VERY long time! The guy checking us in was super friendly & helpful! The room was clean and very spacious! We were presently surprised when we opened the door! Pool area was clean and looked nice (we didn’t use this area) and breakfast was tasty! Lots of variety and coffee was best I’ve had in 12 days! All around this was a very nice stay!

Was not what was pictured when I got there!! They were very accommodating when we could not use the shower the next morning and gave us a new room. Everyone was very nice and helpful and if I asked for anything they would make sure I had it!

Loved having a free shuttle to local venues.

Jennifer was the best went out of her way to help us at check-in. Thanks so much Jennifer!
