"Very modern and well thought out room, great private onsen."

"We appreciate the graciousness of the host. Having private access to the onsen is a blessing. However, we weren't sure if"

"Front desk staff were very courteous and understanding. My only gripe is the centralized AC system but opening the window helped cooling the room a lot. However, the main sitting area was lovely and interesting and the staff were top notch - warm and accommodating. If you are looking for character and tradition over modern comforts, you will enjoy your stay very much. It’s also just a short walk to Gora station where you can hop on the cable car and ropeway as...

"Perfect place to relax !!!! Precious"

"The room itself was clean (although a bit old - like the closet we weren’t really able to use). The bathroom was THE highlight. I wasn’t able to experience the onsen, but it looked great and they had a nice system to ensure patrons are comfortable (men attendance vs women). Not really an issue related to the hostel itself, but the one time I tried to check out the outdoor onsen at night, I think patrons had locked it so I wasn’t able to actually get in… It is a bit of a walk /hike from the main...
