"There was one young woman and one young man working during our stay. The young woman seemed careless and was not very friendly. In contrast, the young man, who had been there for a while, was extremely friendly, respectful, and provided excellent customer service. The hotel was very clean and felt safe. We used the swimming pool, and everything was well maintained. The breakfast was good, and the lady attending the breakfast area was very kind and kept everything clean and well stocked. I...

"When i got there the young man was nice. But no toilet paper in room. Room was never serviced in four days. And i had to ask for clean towels after three days and had to go back to office again to get clean towels. And the pool was green on the 4th of July and couldn't enjoy it with my daughter . Truthfully I'm not very happy."

"The riding academy one of the best places I have stayed. Supper clean, high end appliances (sub zero) Toto toilets, nice solid doors and very comfortable beds. The pool was so relaxed with music and vendors. Walking distance to multiple restaurants and viewing roof tops. Great place for Independence Day. Can’t wait to come back."

"Check in was very efficient! Facilities were clean and breakfast items were delicious!! The pillows and mattress were uncomfortable. Pillows are too small and soft. Mattress feels worn. (Even with “Topper”) The TV volume would not go below “10” setting. Only option is to “Mute” sound. Room assigned was not same as one described in reservation made. It did not include a kitchen!"

"Room was clean, but hallway had an odor. Some upgrades were notably in place. 24-7 access to coffee and hot water is present. Breakfast was decent but no fruits. Overall a decent stay for the price. Parking lot was also spacious and well lit."
