"The room was nice and had a small balcony. It was hard to regulate the temperature, but it is Florida and very hot outside. We did find a dead bug near the balcony door. No big deal and the carpet needed cleaning, but again not filthy just some spots between the two beds."

"Upon arriving, the trash in the room was full from the previous guest. We had clean sheets and towels though. Staff was ok. We had an older gentleman check us in the first night and he laughed when he saw how long we were staying and asked “what could you possibly be doing HERE for that many days?” We also needed a way to freeze ice packs for my son’s insulin and when asked about storing the ice packs in their freezer, the same gentleman gave my husband an attitude like it was an inconvenience....
