"It’s an okay place to stay. Property is comprised of condos owned by private parties so they have so many rules of what and what you can’t do, ie. wash your dishes, take your trash out. If you’re looking for a hotel-type property this isn’t it."

"Not a single amenity in the room, absolutely nothing, only a roll of TP. Elevators broken with no indication beforehand. Very difficult to say good things. What is this, Russia?"

"The room was clean and the staff goes above to ensure the stay was amazing. They had a pet goody bag that was awesome."

"Rustic flavor. Bedroom on 2nd floor, bathroom on first floor. Using the exposed aggregate stair winders barefoot uncomfortable. Heated by multiple electric floorboard heaters. Location wonderful. Close to beach, river, private. Beautiful."

"Clean room"

"The room was as I expected for the price didn't spend much time there it was clean could use a microwave the bed was okay and it was very quiet"

"They were closed and we found out when we walked up to the door"

"Owners were great and helped all my needs!"

"Light in range hood doesn't light enough for anything, worse than a nightlight. Sliding glass door, very dirty Directions for dishwasher, fireplace, and TV should be on site? Kitchen faucet trying to figure out which way is hot, troublesome, same in shower. Had to get towels out of laundry closet Lodging rules hardly applies to this unit. Unit description on hotel.com was not even similar to unit. No ocean view. sheets don't fit bed, polyester."

"No one answered just voicemail. There were 2 steep full sets of stairs. The remote wouldn't work until we went on YouTube to find pairing instructions. The hot water lasted less than 5 minutes. The downstairs bathroom was so small your shoulders barely fit in the room. There was an extra non working refrigerator. The couch had an arm that is about to fall off. Mold on windows."

"Would suggest a check list. TV cable was not connected, coffee pot not working, front door wouldn’t latch which meant anyone could access the condo. However after making the establishment aware they had a maintenance man rectify the problem. Very quiet and clean with good amenities. Would recommend a stay "
