"(Most) Staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was comfortable and most everything worked (A/C, bathroom). My only small issues were: -loud neighbors (on the second night, a few people were running down the hallway shouting; on the first night, the connected room next to ours had their TV on loudly) -difficulty with connecting to the TV (that being said, I didn't ask the front desk for help) -reception was a little awkward/unwelcoming"

"I will say that some of the room's amenities were nice, such as the shelving, storage space, comfortable bed, and the TV. Other than that, however, my experience was not very good. I travel frequently and stay in hotels at least nine days each month, so having a clean room is important to me. The major issue my daughter and I had was the drug activity taking place at all hours of the day, but especially at night…right outside our room (212). Men hanging around outside our room engaging in illegal drug activity, playing loud music, barely dressed women walking around the parking lots and hotel walkways at all hours being vulgar and loud. "Breakfast hours end a bit early for west coasters and the food was average (not a problem though). Not the most comfortable mattress but we slept OK. Elevator old and slow. Pool closed last of the time for maintenance. Pretty good value overall, which was what we wanted for a four night stay."
