"When I arrived I was given a room on the first floor with a view of the parking lot. The air conditioner was loud and I had trouble with the lights and ceiling fan. The bathtub needed resurfacing. I stayed one night and asked for a new room. They were very receptive to my concerns and moved me to a bungalow. The bungalow was perfect. Thanks to the staff for saving my trip to New Smyrna Beach, FLorida!"

While it does not have the amenities of more upscale properties (no pool, no bar, no restaurant) it makes the most of what it has. "This property is a converted motel with an excellent location in New Smyrna Beach. Just walk across the street a way and you are at the beach! We enjoyed our stay there. Jeremy was very responsive to our needs. (One of us was staying on the couch and needed a blanket, and there weren't any hangers in the closet, so he brought them by).
