"Check in person was dismissive and unhelpful as if I had interrupted her from her cell phone. Price is right and room is very clean."

"The room was good but the staff was very unhelpful everytime you ask for things they say they will bring it to my room and never did. And the internet was horrible cant even connect to internet throughout my stay and I staff and just laugh about it and no help at all. Also breakfast time the cook lady wasnt using a tong to serve the pancake instead she using her hand (no gloves) to pick up the food to put it your plate..very unsanitary god knows where she touch using her hand and serving food...

"Amazing place , loved everything! Super clean has a lot of food options nearby. Staff was very helpful and nice . Loved the drink station which was available 24/7 safe location with many stores and restaurants nearby - it is little away from main tourist spots but bus stop is 2 minutes away"

"The promotional video does NOT accurately show what breakfast is served. The eggs were watery, there were only like 6 things for breakfast and my husband couldn’t eat any of it. There was water damage under the bathroom sink and the whole bathroom smelled like mildew. The staff were great, so nice and helpful. Parking was easy and never full, and our sheets, towels, and trash were cleaned while we were out. Very convenient."

"This hotel was great. Room was clean and spacious. The staff were great. I called to inform of my late arrival around 2am, no issues there. We got there around 1am the parking was full, however they allow us to park right in front of the lobby, we felt like they were waiting for us. The night crew, specially the valet guy was really nice and made us feel welcomed. They also had a nice breakfast included and free parking. Can’t beat this place. Will stay again on my next trip."

"No bar soap or soap dispenser in the shower. Only breakfast food items were small breakfast bars and waffles. Coffee was undrinkable. Carpet in hallways was dirty and held together with duck tape!"

"La vrd por el precio y en la zona que está súper bien la vrd tomando en cuenta si solo lo quieres para dormir, lo único que de los 3 días que estuve ninguno me dieron servicio de limpieza y llegaba ya tarde así que ni fui a preguntar , de ahí todo bien"
